Tokenized Summit 2026 Hong Kong, Updates to Entity Setup and Fund Setup, Image Upload Editor Implementation and More!  – February Development Update 2026

February was a month of refinement – not just shipping features, but strengthening the foundations of how the platform works for investors, fund managers, and partners.

Our focus was simple: reduce friction, improve clarity, and prepare the ecosystem for the next phase of growth. Alongside product improvements across core workflows, we also hosted Tokenized Capital Summit 2026 Hong Kong, a major milestone for the tokenized private markets community.

Tokenized Capital Summit 2026 Hong Kong

February marked the successful execution of Tokenized Capital Summit 2026 Hong Kong, held on February 9 at Cordis Hong Kong.

We designed the summit intentionally as a high-signal gathering – bringing together private capital allocators, fund managers, and builders exploring how tokenization is reshaping private markets across hedge funds, private credit, and real-world assets.

More than 2,500 attendees joined the event. What mattered most wasn’t scale alone, but quality. The environment enabled meaningful conversations, real partnerships, and strategic discussions around the future infrastructure of private capital.

The summit reinforced what we continue to see across markets: institutional interest in tokenization is no longer theoretical – it is operational.

Strengthening Entity Setup and Fund Setup

Throughout February, we focused heavily on improving onboarding workflows – because strong infrastructure begins with structured data and clear user journeys.

Within the Entity Setup, we introduced a required Registered Address section placed earlier in the process. Users now provide standardized inputs for City, Address, and ZIP/Postal Code before completing registration details. This change helps ensure consistency across entity records and reduces downstream operational friction.

We also introduced a required Entity Email field with validation and uniqueness checks to prevent duplication with existing platform accounts. Email verification logic remains under active refinement as we continue strengthening onboarding security.

On the Fund Setup side, we added Accounting Type selection, allowing managers to choose between FIFO, LIFO, or Pro Rata accounting methods directly during setup. This aligns fund configuration more closely with real operational structures used by professional managers.

We also introduced early infrastructure for Display Availability controls across documents – laying groundwork for phase-based visibility as investment workflows evolve.

Browse Funds – Clearer Discovery Experience

Discovery is one of the most important moments on the platform, so we revisited how users navigate funds.

February updates focused on simplifying interaction flows and improving visual hierarchy inside the Browse Fund section. The goal was straightforward: help investors understand opportunities faster and move through listings with less cognitive friction.

These refinements make exploration feel more natural while maintaining an institutional-grade interface.

Fund Overview Improvements

We also refined the Fund Overview interface to improve how information is presented to investors.

Rather than adding complexity, we focused on clarity – adjusting layouts and visual structure so key fund details are easier to interpret at a glance. Managers benefit from stronger presentation, while investors gain faster comprehension when evaluating opportunities.

Small interface decisions compound into better decision-making experiences.

Referral Sign-Up Flow – Removing Unnecessary Steps

Referral onboarding should feel seamless, so we simplified the entire entry experience.

Previously, referral users were routed through a separate signup page. Now, referral attribution happens immediately through a unified platform entry link:

Before:
/signup?referral={code}

Now:
/?referral={code}

This removes an extra onboarding step and allows attribution to begin the moment a user arrives. The result is a smoother experience and stronger conversion across referral-driven growth.

Image Upload Editor – Better Visual Control

We introduced an image size editor directly inside upload workflows.

Users can now crop, reposition, and adjust images before submission, giving managers and users greater control over how visuals appear across the platform. The editor is now available within Fund Setup (including cover images) and profile avatar uploads.

This may seem like a small change, but consistent visual presentation significantly improves platform professionalism and trust.

Questionnaire Logic – Compliance Alignment

Compliance logic must be precise and predictable.

Previously, selecting U.S. citizenship triggered jurisdictional classification logic, while U.S. residency did not apply the same behavior. We updated the system so both citizenship and residency selections now consistently apply U.S. regulatory logic.

This ensures onboarding behavior aligns more closely with compliance expectations and reduces ambiguity during investor classification.

Closing Note

February was less about headline features and more about maturity.

We focused on strengthening the platform’s internal structure, improving onboarding clarity, and refining investor and manager experiences across key workflows. At the same time, the successful execution of Tokenized Capital Summit 2026 Hong Kong demonstrated how quickly the ecosystem around tokenized private markets continues to evolve.

Each iteration moves us closer to a platform designed not just for experimentation, but for institutional-scale adoption.

And we’re only getting started.
