November was a productive month focused on removing friction across core user flows and improving the platform’s reliability. Many of these enhancements address real operational needs identified through user feedback, daily usage patterns, and internal QA. Our goal this month was to strengthen existing functionality so that onboarding, communication, and navigation feel more predictable and efficient for all users.
Tokenized Capital Summit in Abu Dhabi

This month, we finalized preparations for the Tokenized Capital Summit 2025, which we will host in Abu Dhabi on December 9. As a marketplace designed to expand access to private investments and non-correlated yield, we are positioning the summit as a meeting point for family offices, asset managers, institutional allocators, and industry operators who are shaping the evolution of tokenized capital markets.
We expect over 3,500 participants, highlighting the strong demand for structured discussion around this segment of the industry. The agenda features speakers such as Reeve Collins, Bryan Pelegrino, Charles Hoskinson, Yat Siu, and senior leaders from 21Shares, Galaxy Ventures, Spartan Capital, Crypto.com, HashKey, Revolut, and the Founder of Sandbox. Collectively, these speakers represent more than $15B in AUM, which reflects the level of institutional interest driving the event. Our team sees this summit as an important step in expanding the conversation around private markets infrastructure, investment access, and the future of tokenized assets.
Fund Setup & Edit: Improved Flow and Stability

We upgraded the Fund setup and editing workflow to make it more consistent and easier to complete. Field behaviour, validation rules, and navigation steps were aligned to reduce errors and unnecessary repetition. The goal was to ensure that fund managers can configure funds with fewer interruptions and receive clearer system guidance during the process.
Entity Setup & Edit: Smoother, More Robust Configuration

The Entity configuration flow has been improved to support more predictable and accurate data input. Status indicators were made clearer, required fields were reorganised for better logic, and error handling was strengthened. These improvements help users complete entity setup without confusion and ensure that information remains compliant with internal and external requirements. As a result, entity creation is now faster and less prone to user mistakes.
Archive Button Added to Chat Header

A dedicated Archive button is now available directly in the chat header. This allows users to manage threads more effectively by removing inactive conversations from their main workspace without deleting them. Archived threads remain accessible at any time, but the primary interface stays cleaner and more focused on active communications.
Improved Password Strength Validation

Password validation has been updated to enforce stricter security standards while remaining easy to understand. Users receive direct, clear instructions on creating a compliant password, reducing failed attempts and improving account protection. These updates reflect our ongoing work to improve platform-wide security procedures.
Broadcasting Added to Communications

Broadcasting is now available within the Communications module, enabling teams to send one message to multiple recipients while still providing each user with their own individual thread. This protects privacy, prevents noise, and allows teams to deliver updates at scale without compromising the structure of one-to-one communication.
To support this update, the New Thread modal has been redesigned. It now includes a simple toggle for enabling or disabling broadcast mode, and the overall layout has been adjusted to make thread creation more intuitive. Users can now start both direct and multi-recipient threads from one consistent interface.
Communication Notifications Introduced

We introduced notifications for the Communications module to make sure important updates are not missed. Users are alerted about new messages, broadcast announcements, and activity in ongoing threads. This feature ensures timely responses and helps teams maintain consistent communication without needing to check the interface manually.
Instant File Download on Click
File downloads are now triggered immediately when clicking the Download button. Previously, files opened in a viewer, which added an extra step and caused confusion. The new behaviour aligns with standard expectations and speeds up access to documents and shared materials.
Referral Program Page

The Referral Program page has been updated with our latest design components. Information is now easier to read, calls-to-action are more visible, and the overall structure matches the rest of the platform’s interface. This update improves usability for participants and creates a more cohesive visual experience.
Main Page Design Update

The main page received a layout refresh focused on navigation and clarity. Key sections are now easier to find, and the overall structure provides a clearer entry point for both new and returning users. This update lays the groundwork for future product expansions and helps guide users toward the most important actions on the platform.
Closing Note
November’s updates focused on improving stability, clarity, and day-to-day usability across the platform. By strengthening core flows and preparing for major industry activity such as the upcoming Tokenized Capital Summit in Abu Dhabi, we are entering the final months of the year with a solid foundation for larger product releases. Our team will continue iterating on these improvements to ensure a more consistent and reliable experience for all Gamma Prime users.
